Glamorgan Sausages
5 oz white breadcrumbs 3 oz grated cheese small onion finely chopped salt,pepper and a pinch of mustard 1 egg + 1 egg yolk Mix ingredients and bind together with the egg. Shape into sausages and roll in flour and dip in beaten egg. Cover with golden breadcrumbs and fry in fat. Serve with bacon and/or scrambled egg.
Thats right there is no meat in these Glamorgan sausages.
